This page explains what each area of the dashboard is for. Follow the links for the step-by-step guides.

People: Students or Employees#

Everything starts with the person a document is about.

  • Students (institutions) and Employees (companies) hold the directory: name, identifiers, program or department, contact details.
  • Each person has a UID generated by IVQA (for example STU… for students, EMP… for employees). It is never typed by hand and never set from an import file.
  • A person is Pending until you validate them. Validation generates their personal QR code and switches them to Validated. Only validated people can receive documents.

Every saved document receives a public ID (for example IVQA-DOC-2026-EXAMPLE1) and a QR code. See Issue a document from a template and Create an employee document.

Operations#

  • QR Codes students / QR Codes employees — the list of people with their status and QR code; generate, view or revoke personal QR codes, individually or in bulk.
  • Verification logs — the audit trail of QR-related and subscription events for your account.
  • Analytics — totals and monthly series of verifications, documents and people.
  • Status & Revocations — the control room for statuses: validate, set to pending or revoke people; revoke or restore individual credentials with a reason.

Integrations#

The Integrations page presents the IVQA add-ons for Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), which generate verifications from inside your documents, and lets you manage API tokens for your own integrations. See API & Integrations.

Administration#

  • Users & Roles — invite collaborators and assign one of the roles Owner, Admin, Manager or Contributor.
  • Settings — account details, organization information, API tokens, two-factor authentication.
  • Subscription (owners) — current plan, usage and limits, payment methods and payment history.
  • Support — email support, documentation, and shortcuts to settings and subscription.
