Analytics (sidebar → Operations) summarizes what your institution issued and how often it was verified. It requires the view logs / view reports permission.

Totals#

  • Total students in the directory.
  • Total verifications — visits of your documents' public verification pages — and total views.
  • Verification results, including invalid attempts (scans that did not resolve to a valid credential).
  • Documents generated, and the date of the last verification.
  • By month: verifications over time.
  • By type: which document types (attendance certificates, transcripts, certificates, diplomas…) are verified most.
  • Top students: the students whose documents are verified most often.
  • By document and by creator: which documents and which users generate the activity.
