Verification logs (sidebar → Operations) opens the Activity Logs page: Audit trail of subscription and QR-related events. It requires the view logs permission (Owner, Admin, Manager).
What is recorded#
Events performed in your account, such as:
- student QR codes generated, revoked or reactivated;
- documents issued, credentials revoked or restored (with the user who did it);
- API tokens created, revoked or deleted;
- subscription and payment events (plan changes, bank transfer submissions).
Each line shows a sequence number (#), the Action, its Details and the Date. The page reads No activity logs yet until the first event.

Where scan statistics are#
The number of times your documents were verified, and with which result, is shown on the Analytics page. See Institution analytics.
