Status & Revocations (sidebar → Operations) is the single place where your institution controls what verifies and what does not. It requires the manage revocations permission (Owner, Admin or Manager).
What the page shows#
At the top, counters for All, Validated, Pending and Revoked items, and per type (Students, Documents). Filters let you narrow by type and status, and a search box finds items by name or UID.
The table lists each item with its Type, Name, UID, Status, Date and an Action column.

Statuses#

Change the status of one item#
Use the row's Action to set it to Validated, Pending or Revoke. For a document, the change is applied to the document and to its credential together: revoking a document makes its public page show REVOKED, and validating it again restores VALID. Change many items at once#
Tick the items (or Select all), choose the target status and Submit. The page confirms how many items were updated.
Find an issued award#
Certificates and diplomas awarded by your institution — including those whose student has since been deleted — can be searched with Find an issued award: enter the full code (IVQA-CER-2026-XXXXXXXX), a student UID or a title, optionally restricted to certificates or diplomas. The first 50 matches are shown. From the result you can Revoke (with a reason) or Restore the credential. See Revoke a credential.
A student's credentials#
Opening the credentials of a student lists every credential issued to them with its status and validity, so you can revoke or restore them one by one.
