Organization settings are in Settings (sidebar → Administration). Only users allowed to manage the account see them — the Owner, and Admins for security settings.
Institutions#
The Institution section holds the institution name and type, logo, address, contact details, website, official email domain, your role, and the signatory name, title and signature image printed on template documents. Detailed guide: Complete your institution profile.
Companies#
Company Settings are organized in tabs: Account Details, Company (name, email, phone, registration number, address…), Billing (billing details used on invoices and synced with Stripe), API Tokens and Two-factor Authentication. Detailed guide: Complete your company profile.
Where the information is used#

Documents copy these values at the moment they are generated. Changing the signatory does not alter already issued documents.
