Forgot your password?#

  1. Open the reset page

    On the login page select Forgot password?, or go directly to app.ivqa.org/institution/forgot-password (companies: app.ivqa.org/company/forgot-password).

  2. Enter your email

    Type the email address of your IVQA user and submit. IVQA answers A password reset link has been sent to your email.

  3. Open the link

    Check your inbox (and the spam folder). Open the reset link and choose a new password, typed twice.

  4. Sign in

    Return to the login page and sign in with the new password.

Change your password while signed in#

Open Settings and use the password section to enter your current password and the new one twice. IVQA confirms with Password changed successfully.

Invited users#

If a colleague invited you, the invitation link creates your user and asks you to set your first password. The link expires — if it did, ask the administrator to send a new invitation from Users & Roles.
