Sign-in pages#

Both pages ask for your email and password. A Show password toggle lets you check what you typed. Select Sign In.
If two-factor authentication is enabled, IVQA then asks for the 6-digit authentication code from your authenticator app. See Two-factor authentication.
Common messages#
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invalid email or password. | The email or password is wrong. Use Forgot password? to reset it. |
| Your email address has not been verified. | Company accounts must confirm the verification email sent at registration. Use Resend Verification from the page. |
| Account Suspended | Your account has been suspended by IVQA. Contact support from the link on the page. |
| Your free trial has ended. | Choose a plan to continue (owners) — see Billing and subscription. |
Payment issues#
When a subscription payment fails, IVQA keeps the account open for a grace period and shows how many days are left. After the grace period the dashboard is locked until the payment is settled; your data is kept.
