What the page shows#
- Current Plan and Plan Details — the plan, its status (Plan active, Plan expired, Plan cancelled) and renewal settings.
- Usage and Limits — how much of your plan's capacity is used. For institutions the capacity is measured in students; for companies in employees.
- Payment methods — cards saved for automatic billing (companies), and the bank transfer option.
- Payments history — every Stripe payment and bank transfer proof.
- Billing details — used on invoices and synced with Stripe.

Change plan#
Open Choose a plan, select the plan, the billing cycle and the currency, then continue to payment. Before confirming, IVQA analyses the transition: paying for a higher plan activates the new quota immediately; choosing a plan smaller than your current usage is refused until usage fits.
Pay#
- Card via Stripe — Secure checkout via Stripe. Cards are stored on Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 servers; IVQA only keeps the brand and last four digits. Companies can save several cards and choose the default one.
- Bank transfer with proof — send the wire transfer, then submit its reference and upload the payment proof for review. The plan is activated once IVQA confirms the transfer.
Auto-renewal and cancellation#
Auto-renewal can be turned on or off from the page; a scheduled change can be cancelled before it applies. If a payment fails, IVQA shows a grace period with the days left; after it, the dashboard is locked until the payment is settled. Your data is kept.
Free trial (institutions)#
New institution accounts may start with a free trial of a plan: Full access to the plan for the trial period. No card on file, nothing is charged automatically. The dashboard shows the days remaining. When the trial ends, the dashboard pauses until you choose a plan; students, documents and credentials are kept exactly as they are.
