Student documents (sidebar → Education) is the workspace for documents about one student: attendance certificates, transcripts, internship certificates, recommendation letters, or any file you upload.
Layout#
- Left: Students. Search by name or UID and select a student. Pending students cannot be selected (Activate their QR code (validate the student) before creating school documents), nor can revoked students.
- Right: Add document. Upload your own file or pick a template below.
- Below: Documents. The list of documents already created for the selected student.

Two ways to create a document#

The documents table#
| Column | Content |

| Title | The document title, with a badge: DRAFT or VALID |
| Verification code | The public ID (IVQA-DOC-2026-…). Hidden while the document is a draft. |
| Validity | The validity dates, when the document has a period. |
| Created by | The user who created it. |
Actions: Continue editing (drafts only), View, Download, Delete. Search the list by document name or verification ID.
Drafts and published documents#
A document is a draft until you save it. Drafts have no public existence: their QR code answers Not found on check.ivqa.org. Saving publishes the document, assigns its verification code definitively and makes the QR code verifiable.
Documents created by the add-ons#
Documents generated from Google Workspace or Microsoft Office through the IVQA add-ons are separate issuances. They carry their own public IDs and verify on check.ivqa.org, but they are not listed on this page and cannot be edited here. See Add-ons and integrations.
