For a new account, the home page lists the activation steps: verify your email (with Resend Verification), choose a plan, and — after checkout — Payment received. Your subscription is being activated (the page refreshes automatically). Once active, it shows Recent employees, Documents generated (distribution of employee certificates and badges), totals and quick actions.

The typical workflow#

From a new employee to a verified document
  1. Add or import the employee
  2. Validate the employee (Generate QR & Submit)
  3. Create an employee document or badge
  4. Save — the document gets its public ID and QR code
  5. Share it; verifiers scan the QR code
  6. Manage its status and validity over time
