IVQA has two badge tools, one per dashboard. Both produce a printable PDF (front and back) with the person's photo, identity and personal QR code.

Student badges (Institution → Badges students)#

  • Start from a quick style or from a saved preset.
  • Adjust the front (header gradient, background and text colours, title, institution name), the back (body and footer colours, the footer QR band, logo on the back) and the details (accent, corner radius, photo shape, label and value colours, position, scale, badge size).
  • Upload the student's photo.
  • Save the design as a preset to reuse it.

Guide: Student badges.

Employee badges (Company → Badges & Credentials)#

  • Start from one of the ready-made badge templates.
  • Set the theme colours, upload your logo, add a background image for the front and/or back, and upload the employee's photo.
  • Save, Reset to default, or Set as company default so every new badge starts from your design.
  • Export PDF (generated in the background).

Guide: Create an employee badge.

What the badge QR code verifies#

A badge's QR code is the person's QR code, generated when the student or employee was validated. Scanning it opens their verification page with their registry status. On check.ivqa.org the codes are typed under E-Card (Student UID) or Professional Badges (Employee UID). A revoked person's badge therefore shows a revoked status without being collected.
