This article explains the Verification logs page, which records what happened in your account.

Introduction#

The Verification logs page is the activity log of your account. It lists QR Code and document events and subscription events, with the date and the details of each. Use it to know who revoked a document or when a QR Code was generated.

A. Open the log#

  • Log in to your dashboard

  • Go to Verification logs

B. What is recorded#

  • QR Codes generated, revoked or reactivated

  • Documents issued, revoked or restored, with the user who did it

  • API tokens created, revoked or deleted

  • Subscription and payment events

Each line shows the Action, its Details and the Date.

Note: Scan counts are not in this log. See Analytics.
