Students (sidebar → Education) is the directory of the people your institution issues documents to.
The student directory#
The list shows each student with their Student identity (name, UID, email), their Academic Data (program, level, enrollment number) and their status. Use the search box to find a student by UID, name or email.

Buttons at the top:
- Add a student — opens the form. See Add a student.
- Import CSV / Import and Template — bulk import from a spreadsheet. See Import students.
- Export — downloads the directory as CSV.
Student status#
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| PENDING | The student is registered but not validated. No QR code, no documents yet. |
| VALIDATED | The student was validated and has a personal QR code. Documents can be issued. |
| REVOKED | The student's QR code was revoked. No new documents until reactivated. |

The student profile#
A student record holds: first and last name, email, phone, national ID / identification number, date of birth, program / programme (called filière), qualification level (with a free-text value when Other is chosen), year / stage, enrollment number, and the Student UID generated by IVQA.
Documents generated for a student copy their identity at the moment of issuance. Editing the profile afterwards does not change already issued credentials; issue a new document if the information printed on it must change.
Deleting students#
Deleting a student is permanent. Their generated documents are deleted and the credentials issued from those documents are revoked; certificates and diplomas already awarded are preserved so their verification history remains. You can delete several students at once with Delete selected. The confirmation states how many students, credentials and awards are affected.
