This article explains how to generate a student document from a template in the Student documents page.
Introduction#
IVQA offers five templates: School Attendance Certificate, Certificate of Completion, Academic Transcript, Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation. The document is filled with the student's information and your institution's name and signatory, then saved as a PDF with a QR Code.
A. Select the student#
-
Go to Student documents
-
Search the student by name or UID and select them
Note: A pending student cannot be selected. Validate the student first. See Validate Students and QR Codes.
B. Pick a template#
- Under OR pick a template, click the template you need

The document is generated as a PDF with its QR Code. It appears in the list with the badge VALID and its verification code (IVQA-DOC-…). Click View to open it or Download to print it or send it to the student.
Note: A document you leave without saving is a draft. It shows the badge DRAFT and its QR Code does not work yet. Click Continue editing to finish it.
Note: Template documents are valid for 3 months. After that, the verification page shows EXPIRED. Generate a new document when a current one is needed.
