Employee and company documents#
Scanning the QR code of an employee document or a company document opens its page on check.ivqa.org. For a valid document the verifier sees the VALID banner and the document type, the company, the employee and their Employee UID (for employee documents), the public ID, the status, the issue date and the validity dates when a period was set. Signed QR: OK appears when the page was opened from a genuine IVQA QR code, and File integrity verified for uploaded files with a recorded fingerprint.

A public verification page for a valid employee document
expected file: public/images/verification/public-page-employee-document.png
A document outside its validity period shows NOT YET VALID or EXPIRED with the relevant date; a revoked one shows only REVOKED and the reason; a draft answers Not found. See Verification status.
Employees and badges#
The employee's own QR code — generated at validation and printed on their badge — opens the employee verification page (Employee Verification Result): name, Employee UID, company, department, position, employee number (Matricule), registry status (validated, pending or revoked) and the date of the last update. The page states that it is not an official badge: it confirms the registry entry, not the physical card.
On check.ivqa.org, the Professional Badges type takes the Employee UID; the Document type takes an IVQA-DOC-… code.
What is not exposed#
Email, phone, national ID, address and salary never appear on public pages. The document file is not served by the verification page.
