Quick checks#
- Open check.ivqa.org. If the verification landing page loads, public verification is up.
- Open app.ivqa.org/login. If the login page loads, the dashboards are up; a problem after sign-in is more likely account-specific.
- Try from another network (for example mobile data) to rule out a local network or DNS issue.
During an incident#
- QR codes keep working once the service is back: they are permanent links, nothing needs to be reprinted.
- Do not re-create documents you already saved; check Student documents / Employee documents once the dashboard is reachable.
- Report the problem with the time, the address you tried and any error message: Submit a request.
