Revoking tells every verifier, immediately, that your company no longer recognizes the document.
What to revoke#

Revoke an employee document#
Open Employee documents
Sidebar → Company → Employee documents, select the employee.Select Revoke on the document
Enter a reason (for example Issued in error). The reason is stored and shown on the public page.Check
The document's status is REVOKED; the public page shows the REVOKED banner with your reason and nothing else about the employee.
You can do the same from Status & Revocations: filter on Documents, find the document and use Revoke.

Revoke a company document#
Open Status & Revocations, find the document and use Revoke.
Restore#
Restore returns a revoked credential to VALID (or EXPIRED if its period has ended). Only credentials whose document still exists and was published can be restored.
Who did what#
Revocations and restorations are recorded with the user and time and are visible in the Verification logs.
