This article explains the Subscription page, where the account Owner manages the plan and payments.

Introduction#

Your plan sets how many students (institutions) or employees (companies) you can manage. The Subscription page shows your current plan, your usage, your payment methods and your payments history.

A. View your plan and usage#

  • Log in as the account Owner

  • Go to Subscription

  • Check Current Plan and Usage and Limits

B. Choose a plan#

  • Click Choose a plan

  • Select the plan, the billing cycle and the currency

  • Continue to payment

The plans are: Free, Education Starter, Education Pro and Education Elite for institutions; Company Starter, Company Pro and Company Ultimate for companies. Prices are on ivqa.org/pricing.

C. Pay#

  • Card: secure checkout via Stripe. Cards are stored by Stripe; IVQA keeps only the brand and the last four digits

  • Bank transfer: send the transfer, then enter the Transfer reference and upload the Payment proof. The plan is activated after review

D. Payments and renewal#

  • Payments history lists your Stripe payments and bank transfer proofs

  • Turn auto-renewal on or off from the page

Note: If a payment fails, the dashboard shows the days left before it is locked. Your data is kept. New institution accounts can start with a free trial; the dashboard shows the days remaining.
