This article explains how to reset your IVQA password if you forgot it, and how to change it when you are signed in.

A. Reset a forgotten password#

  • Go to the login page: app.ivqa.org/login for institutions, app.ivqa.org/company/login for companies

  • Click Forgot password?

  • Enter your email address and submit

  • Open the reset link sent to your email

  • Enter your new password twice

  • Sign in with the new password

Note: If no email arrives, check your spam folder and make sure you used the address you were invited with.

B. Change your password#

  • Sign in

  • Go to Settings

  • Enter your current password and the new one twice

  • Save

C. First login after an invitation#

  • Open the invitation link you received by email

  • Set your password

  • Sign in

If the link has expired, ask your administrator to send a new invitation from Users & Roles.
